Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Project Initiation

1.1. A formal agreement must be signed by both Web and Visuals and the client before the project begins.

1.2. A mandatory meeting will be held between Web and Visuals and the client to discuss project scope, requirements, and expectations.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The client must pay an initial deposit of 10% of the total project cost before any work begins.

2.2. The remaining amount shall be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon milestones or upon project completion, as specified in the contract.

2.3. All payments must be made through the approved payment methods mentioned in the invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. The client must provide all necessary details, content, branding assets, and any other required information as soon as possible to avoid project delays.

3.2. Delays in providing the required materials may result in an extension of the project timeline, for which Web and Visuals will not be held responsible.

4. Project Execution & Cancellation

4.1. Once the project has commenced, it cannot be canceled by the client.

4.2. Any changes or additional requests after the project has begun may be subject to additional charges and extended deadlines.

4.3. Web and Visuals reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to comply with the terms, including non-payment or lack of communication.

5. Project Completion & Delivery

5.1. Upon completion, the final project files will be delivered to the client as per the agreed format.

5.2. Any final revisions, if included in the package, must be requested within the agreed revision period.

5.3. Once the final deliverables are handed over, Web and Visuals is not responsible for any future modifications unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality & Ownership

6.1. All client-provided assets and information will be kept confidential and used solely for the project.

6.2. Web and Visuals retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a prior non-disclosure agreement is signed.

7. Liability & Disputes

7.1. Web and Visuals is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the final product after delivery.

7.2. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion, and if unresolved, will be subject to legal proceedings as per the governing law.
